Payments & Payouts
Unturned is integrated with Stripe for all payments and payouts. In the Billing section, you will be asked to add both a payout method and a payment method.
Your payout method is used to receive payouts, while your payment method is used to pay any invoices issued to your account.
Connecting Payout Method
Once you start the process of adding your payout method with Stripe, you will be directed to Stripe's site where you will need to enter business information.
Common Issues:
International sellers without W-9 information: Reach out to support and we will update the country on your account.
No company website: If you do not have a company website, select the option that says “No website” and enter a short description of your business instead. This can be something simple such as “Wholesaler.”
All information entered during this process is collected and used exclusively by Stripe, which securely handles payment processing.
Connecting Payment Method
You will be directed to Stripe to add your preferred payment method. Stripe allows you to connect a credit card, debit card, or bank account.
Please note that we reserve the right to pause shipment or reimbursement activity if there are outstanding invoices. An invoice is considered outstanding if it has not been paid within 14 days.
