On the Shipments page, you can customize several settings to align with your business needs. These settings control which items appear on your Shipments page and when action is required from you.
To edit your Shipments page settings, click the settings icon located on the right-hand side of your screen (see below).
On this page, you can adjust the following settings:
Minimum FBA shipment units
This setting determines the minimum number of approved units required before we create and send an FBA shipment to Amazon. Once the approved unit count reaches this threshold, the shipment will be initiated.
Minimum Buy Box Price
Items with a Buy Box price below this amount will not appear on the Shipments page and will not be eligible to be sent back to Amazon. Instead, these items will automatically be liquidated through our sales channels.
This setting helps maximize recovery by filtering out low-value items where FBA fees may outweigh potential returns.
Below are the different product types you can filter by on the Shipments page:
Matching Items
Applies to items that include an Amazon LPN where the ASIN linked to that LPN matches the product received. These items do not require ASIN or MSKU assignment.
Switcheroos
Applies to items that include an Amazon LPN, but the ASIN linked to that LPN does not match the product received. These items require ASIN or MSKU assignment.
No LPN
Applies to items that do not have an Amazon LPN. This includes FBM returns, excess inventory, restricted inventory, fulfillable inventory, and items sent directly by you or a prep center. These items require ASIN or MSKU assignment.
With these settings optimized, you and your team only need to manually review items that align with your business needs, saving time and reducing unnecessary work.
