Learn how to quickly review and approve items for FBA or FBM shipments. How do I assign an ASIN? How do I send a product under a different ASIN?

Once you’re on the Shipments page, you’ll see all items that meet your Shipments page settings and are therefore eligible to be sent back to Amazon. To approve an item, click the “Pending” button in the Actions column (see below)..

For items under the Matching Items product category, no ASIN or MSKU assignment is required, as one is already associated with the item. As a result, the Pending action button will appear with these options:

Change ASIN / MSKU
Allows you to change the ASIN or MSKU associated with the item before approving it for FBM or FBA.

Approve as FBA
Moves the item to your FBA Approved tab under the ASIN or MSKU it was checked in under. The item will be included in the next eligible FBA shipment.

Approve as FBM
Moves the item to your FBM Approved tab under the ASIN or MSKU it was checked in under. This allows the item to be fulfilled as merchant-fulfilled inventory.

Note: You are responsible for listing your FBM items on your storefront and uploading the shipping label once an item sells.

Liquidate
Sends the item to be sold through our liquidation service

If an item falls under the Switcheroo or No LPN category, ASIN and MSKU assignment is required before the item can be approved. As a result, the following options will appear when you click the Pending button:

Assign ASIN/MSKU

This will open images of the item so you can review the product and determine the ASIN and MSKU you want to assign. Once the ASIN and MSKU are selected, choose FBA or FBM to indicate how you would like the item to be fulfilled

If you accidentally approve an item for FBA or FBM and need to move it back to the Pending list, go to the FBA or FBM tab on the Shipments page. Click “FBA Approved” or “FBM Approved” for the item, then select “Move to Pending.”
