How each item's condition is determined

Every product that is checked into our facility is inspected and photographed by our team.

Product Grading Scale:

New: No signs of use, contains all original components, and shows no signs of opening if packaging is included.

New – Open Box: The factory seal was broken or the box was clearly opened, but the item inside shows no signs of use and remains in new condition.

New – Damaged Packaging: The outer packaging shows clear wear or damage, but the item inside is still new and unused.

New – Missing Packaging: Fits the criteria for New but is missing the original packaging.

Used items are inspected for these issues:

  • Scuffs and/or scratches

  • Chips, cracks, dents and/or cuts

  • Dirt, stains and/or discoloration

  • Off-putting odor

  • Missing parts

Based on these factors, we determine the degree of how used the product is based on how many of these issues a product has.

  • 1 defect: Used – Excellent

  • 2–3 defects: Used – Good

  • 4+ defects: Used – Fair
