During the inspection and check-in process, each item is graded based on its condition. That grade determines the selling path we choose, ensuring the product is routed through the channel that maximizes your recovery while aligning with your business preferences.

You can view the status of every product on the Products page. The status updates automatically as the item moves through our system.

Product Status Definitions

Not Listed
The product has been received and is in our listing queue while we complete market research and prepare it for listing.

Listed
The product is actively listed on our liquidation platforms and is available for sale.

Not Shipped
The product is graded as New and meets your Shipment Settings. It appears on your Shipments page, where you can approve it to be sent back to Amazon or sold through FBM.

Shipped
The product has been shipped, either back to Amazon or directly to the customer for an FBM order.

Sold
The product has been successfully liquidated. Once the item ships, the total amount earned will appear in the Earned column.

Disposed
The product is beyond sellable condition and cannot be listed or returned to Amazon. The item is safely discarded according to our disposal process.

Viewing these product statuses allows you to track every item as it moves through our system, so you can monitor how we work to recover the maximum value for each product
