The only reimbursement claims that Unturned files on your behalf are FBA Removal Claims. To be eligible, the item must meet one of the following criteria:
Different product received in a removal order (Switcheroo)
Accessories or components missing from a removal order
Damaged unit received in a removal order
We handle the entire claim filing process and follow Amazon’s guidelines for all required documentation and submission requirements.
There is a 60 day eligibility window to file FBA removal claims after the item is delivered to our warehouse. Because of this, we only file claims for items that we received directly from Amazon. We are unable to file claims for excess inventory shipments.
If a claim is successfully approved, we record the reimbursement ID in our system so the recovered amount is accurately reflected on your dashboard for tracking and reference. Reimbursement payments are issued directly to your Amazon seller balance, and our 25% fee is applied to the total recovered amount in your billing period summary.
