Even though we originally specialized in Amazon FBA returns, we work with sellers across a wide range of marketplaces. Whether you sell on eBay, Walmart, Shopify, or other platforms, we can still help you recover more value from your returns.
Our solution for all marketplaces starts with the same foundation. Every item that arrives is inspected, graded, and photographed. From there, based on the item’s condition and your seller settings, it is routed into the path that maximizes recovery.
Here are brief description of features for each non-Amazon marketplace:
Case Filing
We currently do not provide case filing services for non-Amazon marketplaces, including support for chargebacks or restocking fee disputes.
Fulfillment
We currently do not offer direct fulfillment into WFS. However, you can still sell your items on Walmart and other platforms using merchant fulfilled orders, and simply upload the shipping label to Unturned once the item sells so we can ship it out for you.
Check-In Time
All products follow our standard 2 to 4 day check in timeframe. The marketplace where this can create the most challenges is eBay, as they require returns to be checked in within 1 to 2 days.
At this time, we are not able to guarantee this expedited turnaround time for eBay returns.
Liquidation
The liquidation process remains the same for all solutions.
