FBA Removal Claims
We file FBA removal claims for all eligible items that arrive at our facility. These claims are submitted to Amazon when there is evidence that the product may have been damaged while in their possession.
Claims can be filed if the item:
Is the wrong product
Arrives damaged
Is missing parts
Whenever an item qualifies, we will always attempt to file a claim on your behalf.
Reimbursements
Any reimbursements from successful claims are paid directly to your Amazon Seller account. Because of this, we track all claims that are won and the total reimbursement amount recovered on your behalf.
At the end of each billing period, a 25% fee is applied to the total amount recovered through reimbursements.
On your Billing page, you can view the total reimbursement amount recovered during the billing period, the exact fee applied, and the corresponding Amazon reimbursement ID for each claim.
